My Funds Still on Hold After Case settled with Plantiff and Court issued a Dismissal order

Hello Amazon,

I'm reaching out to you because of the unnecessary hold in my account...I've received a TRO on 3rd of August and I've settled the amount with Plaintiff but still my disbursment is on hold. I've tried to contact with amazon Multiple times and every time support executive transferred my case and theis is no response from the team then.

The case has been settled, received the Notice of Dismissal from the Court. The plaintiff confirmed contacting Amazon multiple times to lift the TRO and claims to have been notified by Amazon that the TRO was Dismissal on 5th of september.

Up to now, my account is still unable to withdraw funds. even I've confirmed with Plantiff also about this and they said "We have already dismissed your store and notified the platform to release the hold"

It can take weeks/months for these to work their way through the Amazon legal beagles for a release IF they decide to release the money.

The plaintiff does NOT get to tell Amazon to release the funds. The settlement just means that they are not pursuing you any further.

AMAZON will determine IF they will release the funds.

Is your account suspended, or are the funds just frozen?
