I need help !

I need help ! I want to create a removal order for all of my inventory (which I did) but Amazon refuses to remove 31 of that same inventory for I don't know what reason ! They just keep them saying that I need to contact Amazon to remove them ! Please can an employee help me remove them ? Thanks. (My account is deactivated)

Do you happen to have an open case ID regarding the stranded inventory that can't be removed? This will help me investigate further on my end!

In the meantime, the below resources can be useful in troubleshooting/resolving stranded inventory issues:

You can also create a case with Amazon Seller Support to assist with any potential blockers preventing physical removal of the inventory.

Remove inventory overview and Remove inventory from a fulfillment center are helpful resources regarding how to create a removal order, ensure successful delivery, and answer common FAQs on inventory removals.

Please note it can take 90 days or more for a removal order to process, and the shipment to leave the fulfillment center. Once the carrier has picked up your removed inventory, they’ll contact your designated recipient to arrange delivery. If they can’t arrange delivery, Amazon will contact you to help resolve the issue.
