Available balance to tranfer is stuck on 0.00

My "FUNDS AVAILABLE NOW" shows 0.00, even though my account has thousand dollars. However, the payment still shows 0.00. The payment time has passed twice, but no payment has been made. Why is my available funds balance still showing 0.00? My account is also healthy with no issues. I contacted the Amazon team, but they didn’t give a clear answer. Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue?
