ESPA listing restrictions

hi I had listed an item from ESPA.. in which I received an email that it’s a restricted brand and cannot resale. For this they have deactivated my account and amazon has asked for a letter of approval from the brand owner for my account to be activated again. I have spoken to the brand owner and explained that I had only listed their products as their was no restriction on the brand it was approved right away once I listed it. I have all my receipts but the brand does not allow resellers for ESPA… what can I do now to have my account activated as it shows it’s being deactivated till the issue is resolved or I just have to wait 180 days. The brand owner is not removing the violation although I have all my invoices from John Lewis were I had purchased the brand ESPA.. but the brand is stating that they don’t allow anyone on resale their brand and that my receipt are valid but don’t allow anyone to sell ESPA.. if I had known this brand is not allowed I would not of listed it as usually it shows what items are allowed to list and this brand was open for anyone to list.

Please can you advise as I do not want to miss out on the profits I could potentially make during the Christmas sales. This has effected my account health I simply want help to activate my account any advice?

Unfortunately, this matter needs to be resolved with the right's owner of the brand. The RO must either grant permission to sell the products and provide you with a letter of authorization or retract their complaints, the list of requirements that you need to appeal this are outlined in the performance notifications sent to your account. Once you resolve the account health violations, the account will be re-activated.
