Non experienced support team and always biased. The amazon always support their customer and even refund for the product that are not returnable. LIke the customer is not getting both the product and the money. And after 33 days if the product is not return then you have to wait for next 20 days for refund. The refund amaount is less then the shipping cost if you are doing self ship. The easy ship is too expensive and in self ship you are always the defaulter.... HAHAHA!! I think Amazon has to work on their policy by hiring some knowledgeable person!!
