Hello fellow sellers, I need your help
I recently received an email from Amazon for VAT establishment. For privacy my registered company address is for mail forwarding and it was different from my physical/operational address. My physical and operation address is home address. So I submitted my council tax and Bank statements all showing my name, business name at this address as proof with the all belongings required for establishment verification. But they came back to me as follows;
I am a little surprised and confused as to what additional to supply knowing that my company register address location is for mail forwarding as I don't operate there. Please see their response below:

Thank you for your submission. Based on the review of your account and the information that you provided, we have concluded that your business is not established in the UK for Value Added Tax (VAT) purposes.
We have leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify this issue.

-Since I thought Amazon rejected the establishment verification for the mail forwarding address difference reason, I set my mail forwarding address as my home address, which is also my physical operation address. After sent all the required documents for establishment proof again. However, I later received the response below and my accounts in all countries were deactivated. I request your support in this matter.

I have been back and forth with seller support and seller performance teams. I have submitted all the required documents, but this has not satisfied SP. They keep on responding me with the message below;
I am Company director and based in the UK. My physical and operational business address is the same as my home address, as I am a small business. I provided my council tax that bears my name. In addition, I provided credit bank statement. I also provided my company bank account statement showing my physical and operational address, but this has not satisfied seller support. I no longer know what to do, as this is really frustrating and affecting my mental health.
