Bulk Updating product-group and Product Type

I'm looking for information on how to bulk update the Product Group (GL-Type) and Product Type.

I've attempted to update the Product Type using the Category Listings Report but haven't had much success. I'm also unsure how to update the Product Group (GL-Type) in bulk.

I can update these individually by contacting Seller Support, but with the number of incorrectly categorized ASINs, this method would take far too long.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
