How to correct customer claim a good item as defective ?

Customer claim item defective and returned it, but the returned item was tested and confirmed it works well. In order to return, customer lies to say the item defective. how to correct it? how to correct the product feedback?

For reference, to request feedback removal, you can navigate to the Feedback Manager. In the Recent Feedback table, next to the specific Order ID, select Request removal under the Actions column.

If you have received product reviews that you believe violate our Community Guidelines. you can utilize the Report Abuse button next to the review to report it. Please note that you can also send email an to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines. For privacy reasons, the results of the investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.
