The worst support
When you hire incompetent and non trained team you end up with losing customers. With every customer you lose 10 other.
We are trying to reactivate our account fro 10 months already, with 6 verification calls and 4 time being charged for 47$ and getting blocked after, similar to scammer technics without being able to use the service nor requesting a refund.
Each support member tell us different story, different reasons why the account being blocked. We spoke with 50+ different person on amazon support, none of the given versions matches.
Following this poorly trained personal, with each suggestions on how to solve the issue made the problem worst. At this point, the last message we got, they are telling us to login with our selling account (which we are logged in) to be able to submit a support case (which we did, that's why we are having a support case).
It's amazing, how a big company will fail, because of their support. We are shifting to other FBA's services and we will continue to fight to get our reimbursement + damages.
