Return Abuse, Buyer Purchasing in Bad Faith

This is the most recent Safe-T case ID for this same buyer that was denied. Claim details: 56204-05174-7591954. Several were denied by we just wanted to bring attention to the newest one since bringing up this matter to the mods to assist/review and hopefully provide help with a future resolution for us.

So this buyer continues to buy form us and request a return within days of them receiving their package and this has gone on over two years. We bought this up when we started a previous topic Repeated Buyer Return Abuse where a forum mod did look into it and stated that they saw that we were granted some claims, however we aren't granted all claims from this buyer when their behavior is identical and abuse for all their purchases. We even pointed out in the span of 180 days, 100% of the returns for that ASIN in the same 180 days came from the same buyer when they were less than 10% of total orders for that ASIN in that same time period.

Secondly being only refunded the return postage while we lose out on outbound shipments to the buyer as well as loss of time when our team members have to pick and pack the order and then received and stock the return (which restocking fees are suppose to cover those efforts which Amazon took away if items are returned in the same condition). The products also need to be inspected in case they were tampered with (for example if a small accessory was removed or if the product was swapped with another resellers own inventory/stock).

So this buyer continues to operate in bad faith, each order received by them either will result in a hit to our ODR if we cancel (which wouldn't prevent them from continuing to make new orders) or acceptance and loss in revenue if we process the order (since they'll just claim it is damage return which we are out outbound shipping, return shipping if Amazon denies the Safe-T claim and labor/time.

As you replied last time, @Danny_Amazonand we reported this buyer several times and they continue to still be able to operate, what other course of action can we take.

I firmly believe the next step is reporting this bad actor/buyer utilizing the Report Abuse feature. Also, when you have a moment, please watch this video: "Buyer Abuse Prevention in the Amazon Store".

Please let me know once you complete these steps. If you have don't this already please share any Case ID associated with this issue. I can take a look and determine best next steps with this issue.

Sincerely,
