invalid transparency codes
Hi,
We are having serious transparency code issues.
we are finding several of our big seller brands are having this issue.
amazon just decides that 30-40 units have invalid transparency codes
these items are purchased from the manufacturer themselves with proper transparency codes or serial numbers on them
however too many of them are being marked as defective
why is this happening
we know the codes are valid
we tested them before sending them into FBA
