GSPR and FBA Inventory

My apologies if this is a duplicated topic, however I am unable to find a specific response. Can anybody shed any light on what happens to stock held in UK FBA centres on the 13th December. By this I mean any stock held that doesn't currently conform to the new GSPR regulations as it doesn't currently need to but will do after the 13th? Hope that makes sense....

there is a term that if something is placed on the market prior to 13th Dec it is ok.

Now the issue is on Amazon uk no one will be able to comply with GPSR even if they wanted to because you can’t upload the details to the online listing.

I just don't trust Amazon not to suddenly realise they are wrong and start deactivating accounts (even though it is them that have said the information is not required. Quite apart from the fact (as far as everything I have read) that I would be going against the new law if I continued to sell into NI.

That would be the least of your worries. Take a look at the size of the fines that can be levied at you for failing to comply with the legislation.

I'm not so sure about that. But I have just notice that 13th December is a Friday
