Our amazon account is a business account, on LTD. basis and also brand name is trade mark for company.
We are interested to know if we can sell our company or not?
Is it allowed by Amazon to change information on seller account related to company address and new owner / account holder ? if yes, Please guide the process.

If you are selling the Limited company and the new owners continue to use the same company registration number then it should be a case of updating the beneficial owners and new address on Amazon and having the information verified.
If the new owners have had an Amazon account previously and this has been suspended this could lead to their newly purchased account being suspended.
Also verification is not guaranteed and if it was to fail that would make their purchase worthless.
Also if you set up a new Amazon account in the future and you were suspended this could then lead to a suspension of any accounts you held in the past.
None of the above should stop a sale but you need to be aware of it.

Yes, you can open a case with SS and explain to them first to make them aware that you plan to transfer the ownership of the account.
It's not uncommon, I have done this myself.
