I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the continued deactivation of my seller account named Molly’s Wonderland on the Amazon Australia marketplace with Seller ID A3XKYIE2JYYKO.
Over the past several weeks, I have repeatedly submitted all documents required for address verification, including authentic utility bills (water, electricity, gas, and internet) that clearly match the legal representative’s name and registered business address. In addition, I have also uploaded and submitted our depositing method, charging method, and valid U.S. tax information as per Amazon’s requirements.
Despite fulfilling all listed requirements, my account remains suspended with no detailed explanation provided. Each of my appeals has received the same generic response, which gives me no actionable insight into what might still be considered unsatisfactory. Furthermore, when I attempted to reach out through customer service chat, the dialogue was closed without warning or explanation. This left me feeling deeply unsupported and confused about Amazon’s stance toward sellers who are trying to cooperate in good faith.
