1 ASIN not showing in brand name search or any keyword search without ads
Suddenly lost the vast majority of the ranked positions, impacting massively our sales. Our listing does not show in searches for the most relevant keywords other than sponsored ads. Consistently with what we observe on the (http://amazon.in) platform, we lost all organic sales, most of the sales coming from sponsored ads.
And that's our Best selling product.
Not even showing up on our brand name keyword.
Please help in figuring out the root cause.

Same thing happened to us as well,
The root cause is your listing is not compliant with the Listing laws of amazon , there must be a violation in terms of Image or some bullet key points , Please see to all these things and it will again come back.

Basically it has to do with the new so called 'regional discoverability policy'.
Some of your ASINs would be falling under certain categories on which they are running experiments of 'Regional Discoverability'
So the listings would only be visible in your region and not beyond that.
Sponsored ads would be shown but not the actual listing.
There seems to be no way out apart from placing your products in warehouses across India. Yes that is ridiculously extra work for the seller and increased costs but I'm not sure anyone really cares about the sellers.
