We carry Japanese shampoos and hair/skin care products. Certain products where flagged with this violation:

You are not allowed to sell products with a Japanese label in the USA. Point. Remove your products and send in other ones with an English label meeting the US label requirements. Do some research about these requirements.

Hi there @Seller_0zrVOIcij9zM3,
Thank you for utilizing the Seller Forums!

I understand your listings have been identified as an item that does not meet with the FDA's requirements as they are labeled in a foreign language.
Per applicable Amazon policies in addition to local, state, and federal laws, all sellers must ensure that products have the correct and compliant labels.
For cosmetics, labels and detail pages must be labeled in English with the following information:
- The name of the product
- The purpose or use of the product (such as cleansing the body, reducing the appearance of wrinkles, moisturizing the skin)
- The amount of content of the cosmetic, in terms of weight, measure, count or a combination (such as 30 oz, 5 mL, 10 pills, 5 lb)
- The ingredient list
- The name and address of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor (this is not required on detail pages)
- Any necessary label warnings
Is any of your product or the information in the product detail page in a foreign language?
You will also want to consider if there are any claims present on the images, phrases, keywords which are stating these products are FDA-approved when they are not.
Cosmetic labels and detail pages must not:
- State that the products cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent a disease in humans, unless that statement is approved by the FDA and the product is properly labeled as both a cosmetic and a drug
- State that the cosmetics are “FDA approved” if they are not FDA approved
- Use the FDA logo
- State “tester,” “not for retail sale,” or “not intended for resale” as such items may not be sold on Amazon
@Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC, thank you for your reply as you are correct here. It is highly important for research to be done about those exact requirements and ensure your products, packaging, and detail page are compliant. There are a wide range of resources here including links to the applicable FDA site, which I urge you to utilize as you work to address the issues with your listing.
Please do not hesitate to further ask questions and provide relevant updates as the Forums community and I are here to support you.
All the best,
Stevie
