Returnless Refund for EU countries
Just curious if there's any recourse for returnless refund scams?
We had a customer in Spain order 2 products last week (9 days ago). Price for each was 22.99 euros but he did them as two separate orders, presumably because he knew what he was doing.
The orders arrived today and he instantly requested a return for both orders stating 'ordered by mistake'.
Now, as we don't have an address in Spain, Amazon have refunded the customer nearly 46 euros for these two orders and has allowed them to keep the products.
I know this is my fault (in a way) because I don't have a Spanish return address, but surely if they choose a reason such as 'ordered by mistake', and placed two separate orders to get around the rules, that should be on them and not me?
Anything I can do or is this one to just chalk up to experience?

aside from getting a Spanish return address, no. The rules are the rules and are fairly clear as amazon goes. Under €25 and no domestic return address, it’s a returnless refund for all in policy returns.
