Dear Amazon team:

Here are my heartfelt words as a seller, without any concealment. I sincerely express my demands and hope that Amazon can give new sellers a chance so that I can continue to realize my little dream on Amazon.

When my goods first arrived at the Amazon warehouse, my account was closed. I had only been selling for half a year and had just become familiar with some Amazon rules. I thought it was a problem with my information, so I submitted it repeatedly, but Amazon never restored my account.

I have been reflecting, what problem caused it? Finally, I wonder if I used a software that is often mentioned on Amazon and Google, called "Purple Bird Browser". Because I have to go to the company, go home, and meet my suppliers at Starbucks, I cannot log in to my account because there may be an IP change and Amazon will warn me of the violation. So I used this software, thinking it was just for managing IP addresses, as many sellers are also using it.

Perhaps I am not familiar enough with Amazon, and I wish there was a customer manager who could incubate me and inform me of Amazon's rules. I accidentally violated Amazon's rules through my own exploration, and I apologize to Amazon for my mistake. Please forgive my ignorance, I am not trying to deceive the platform because I want to be a long-term luxury brand.

Amazon is not a company with warmth. They are a very large multinational run primarily by AI. BUT - your two statements 'want to be a long-term luxury brand' and 'meet my suppliers at Starbucks' set alarm bells ringing. Just be very careful before investing much money.
