Sales rank gone / seller support useless
Have had an item listed since 2021, during the period till now good sales, so far this year 2 units
I have changed nothing with my listing B08VKNGH5C over the period, why would I need to? Its an active listing but searching for the keywords green bench cushion its very hard to find, plus I am unable to edit the item, now I have to prove that I am the brand owner, talking to seller support is an absolute waste of time
Becoming harder and harder for the small seller to use this platform
At least other platforms are proving better again no names to mention

Loss of sales rank is generally down to the browse node being lost. That can sometimes happen without the seller doing anything.
Sometimes a seller can fix it through the browse node tool in help, sometimes Support have to do something.
