UK seller selling FBA only into Uk all other global accounts on holiday settings disabled

Why have I sold an item in Amazon.nl when all the holiday settings show disabled. I do not want to ever sell in Europe due to the Vat implications .
Have Amazon FBA changed a setting for my store I do not know about?

Holiday settings only prevent FBM orders from the respective site. To prevent FBA orders from the EU on the UK site you need to look in the FBA export settings.

Did you review your FBA settings, as @Seller_QuM1AZgzfU9x4 suggested ?
You can find it by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner of Seller Central > Fulfillment by Amazon.
