Unupdated Shipment Status - In Transit - FBA Shipment
Hello @Ezra_Amazon, our shipment with the ID FBA18T4LYW2K, was not updated after it was picked up by Amazon Authorized Forwarder. For at least 3 weeks, the shipment status remains ''In Transit''. We can not find any additional tracking number/detail from Amazon. Shipment was created through Send To Amazon. How can we track our goods?

Hi @Seller_Ja4j1nW0duz45,
If you haven't already, please reach out to your carrier. If they delivered the shipment you should be able to obtain a POD from them showing as much, at which point your shipment may be awaiting receipt, but confirming with the carrier would be the recommended first step.
