Successfully Appealed Inauthentic Complaint But Still Cant Remove FBA Inventory

Hello,

Back in May, a customer complained that an item that they received may have been inauthentic, and my listing for the ASIN became suspended. After months of strenuous appeals, I finally successfully appealed the inauthentic complaint, and I got performance notification saying that I may continue to offer my item. The performance notification says that all I need to do to make my inventory available is to relist the ASIN.

I have relisted the ASIN multiple times, but the inventory remains stuck in reserved status, unable to be removed. I've opened a few cases with seller support for help on this issue, but they were unable to help. One rep said I can try to email inventory-appeals@amazon.com, but its been a week, with no response from them.

I'm hoping a mod can help me move my inventory from reserved status so that I can remove it from FBA.

Hey @Seller_SxTUMpZW6z8MS,

Thanks for taking the time to raise this here on the forums, I can understand the frustration this experience has caused. After reviewing the case details, I have escalated the issue internally. The team will review and reach out to you via a new case number, or they may pass information directly to me to share with you. Either way I will reply to you here once I hear back from them!
