my order not picked last 5 days. I filled daily not picked form but no take any action against courier boy. And today I see amazon gave me panelty for it. Very dissapointed with courier service

If I understand correctly, the penalty is a charge to your account related to an order delay?

If yes, have you filled the form to request a refund?
