Lost my shopping cart ! ! !

Our company lost the shopping cart of the products in the shop yesterday, we checked the ODR and other metrics of the account, all the metrics are within the normal range, seeking help from Amazon but all of them are responding the same way, like a robot, which is seriously affecting the normal operation of my shop, what should I do? @Troy_Amazon@Emet_Amazon@Quincy_Amazon@Jim_Amazon@Quincy_Amazon
