Assistance Request for Order ID: 112-5367842-9176233 – USPS Label Unpaid Issue
Hello,
I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue we encountered with Order ID: 112-5367842-9176233. We purchased the shipping label directly through Amazon and shipped the order the same day. However, USPS (Tracking ID: 9261290983197855555807) reported that the label was unpaid, and as a result, the item will not be delivered. FedEx (Tracking ID: 287339984275) was also used for the shipment.
Amazon processed a refund to the customer, but unfortunately, a defect rate was added to our account due to this incident. This is not the first time this has occurred, as this is the second instance. We are concerned about the impact on our seller account and would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this matter or prevent similar issues in the future.

Hello @Seller_ec0Jju09Io2g3- and thank you for posting about this order. I am sorry to see it was never delivered to the customer, with the tracking citing postage issues.
I wanted to let you know I have surfaced this claim situation internally to request some assistance with what may have occurred with this label, and to understand what recourse may be available for the claim decision.
