USPS Ground Advantage
Starting today Ground Advantage USPS is not showing as a shipping option in Amazon. UPS is showing as available of course almost $2 more per order. I tried to contact support and they just stated that everything is set up properly. Has anyone else had issues like this and did it ever get fixed?

This is happening to us also. On pretty much every single order. I have noticed that just recently - "The Shipping Service used to calculate Delivery Promise" - on the order page is now showing USPS First Class instead of USPS Ground Advantage like it did previously. I have tried to change it but it will not let me.

Yes, we've had to use stamps for every single order today, or be forced to spend a fortune on priority or UPS...meanwhile Amazon keeps sending us emails telling us that our shipping costs are too high? what we charge for shipping won't even cover GA, certainly not the options available today on Amazon...

This has been happening off and on all day today. Very frustrating as I have to go to paypal to by USPS ground advantage. I hope this gets fixed soon.

I get USPS ONLY for Zone 1 or 5-8 day delivery windows.
So suddenly Amazon thinks USPS takes 5-8 days for zone 2 & 3 & 4. I have set all my shipping profiles to 5-8 days hoping USPS shows up for the rest of the orders going forward.
This could be USPS sending back bad predicted delivery dates.
I think this is a GREAT time for Amazon to take over my handling time calculations and ENSURE I have to pay priority mail at $8-10 a pop for my $8 products. PERFECT! Thanks Amazon, you are so good for my business.
And I am sure all the customers will be happy with the new delivery window, gonna make TONS of sales!
And just keep ignoring the 1000 threads on this problem. We don't mind paying USPS all our profits while support blames the sellers set up for the change.
UPDATE: for the farthest shipping zones, even 9 days is not sufficient to allow USPS Ground Advantage. Seems like shipping charges are going to go up to a minimum of $8 - same cost as my products. YAY
Maybe it is a trick to get us to use Amazon Shipping, otherwise we have to buy off site and lose all protection from Amazon's thieving customers who use package not received as a way of life.

We just go out of amazon and buy the cheaper shipping time.
Check your handling time for the item. Also check your shipping setting.
We do what is best for us. We still get the items delivered on time. Can not think every amazon customer is going to get you. Work for us. Oh, don't look for help from CS they don't know squat.

Yes we have the same problem! No, not fixed yet. I just changed my shipping settings to try to get any orders going forward to come out correctly with USPS GA as an option.
I have sooooo much work to do right now - copy and pasting addresses over to Pirate Ship!

We are having the same issue. It's Amazon's stupid calculation for some reason is saying a week it will take to get to one state over for me which usually takes 2-3 days. My handling time is correct. I've already extended this once. This is ridiculous Amazon.
