How do I reopen a case for negative feedback removal? I can't figure it out... Please help!
I have additional evidence I can provide, but when I click on the case, it refers me back to the original case and their denial from last month. I believe I still have time to appeal the negative feedback because it is only 30 days old. I am very confident this case is eligible for removal if I had another chance to appeal. Any help would be appreciated. Here is Amazon's response below:

Once it has been rejected thats pretty much it. You can reply to the case in your case log but will get an autogenerated bot response.

Unless the feedback includes one of the issues listed, it won't be removed. Amazon doesn't care if the buyer leaves a review for the wrong product or if you did everything correct and the buyer still complained. Your best bet is always to double-check the way you handle everything when it comes to your product as well as your communication with buyers and hope that the positive reviews will soon hide the negative one.
