SKU already in use error
Hi,
This is my first time creating a shipping plan for my products. I have four products each with a different SKU and ASIN is already assigned for each product. However when I am trying to Send to Amazon, I am stuck on Step 2. 2 of the products keep showing the error "This SKU is already being used for another product. Please create a new offer with a new SKU in order to use the manufacturer barcode."
How to I resolve this, the SKU are different for each product. I have created a ticket for the issue but I don't know if Amazon customer support will resolve this.
Any tips will be highly appreciated.

Are you using the correct terminology. A SKU is the number you assign to your product listed for your own personal record keeping.
An ASIN is actually Amazon's SKU number for the product page in its catalog. only amazon can assign this number.
The barcode/UPC is the number the manufacturer assigns for each different item they make. Hopefully, the UPC is GS1 registered in the USA and not a fake one many China manufacturers simply make up.
Now, what is the problem?

Hey there @Seller_VJHX4DGdw0v70- thanks for posting about this experience here in the New Seller Community!
First, I'd recommend attempting to delete the product/listing, waiting 24 hours, then attempting to re-upload. This strategy can help resolve this, though the solution shared by a fellow seller on this thread recently may also be relevant to your situation.
If not, I can help take a look at the specifics here along with you if you share the case ID used to discuss the topic with support.
Thanks!
