Help for Brand Registration
As a new seller on Amazon, I have submitted my application for brand approval twice, but both times it was rejected. The reason given was, "The product images that you provided do not display the label permanently affixed to the product or its packaging. The submitted pictures will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing your application, and customers will not have access to them.” - My case ID: 10659709862
For clarification, my product has my brand name permanently printed on the packaging. It is clearly visible and is not a sticker or removable logo; it is a permanent feature of the product’s packaging.
Could you please advise me on any additional information or specific images that I should provide to attain brand approval? I am eager to resolve this issue but currently feel uncertain about what further details are needed.

I seem to recall I uploaded a jpg of my logo exactly as I applied for my Trademark. It's the logo I use for all my packaging, but I didn't send a picture of packaging (as I use all sorts of different sized boxes for my jewellery).
My personal name is my Brand and although my logo has "British Handmade Silver Jewellery" on it, I was concerned about this before I applied for the Trademark, which I applied for just in my personal name after Amazon's response. (as I was only getting TM specifically to have a store on Amazon). i.e. I didn't have British Handmade Silver Jewellery anywhere in my Brand application or TM application. I am guessing the bank account needs to match the Brand exactly which mine does.
This is what I received in reply from Amazon Brand Support. (I found them exceptionally helpful!).
"Note: The trademark must either be a text-based mark (word mark) or an image-based mark (design mark). In addition, the trademark text must match the brand name that you provide in your Brand Registry application. If your trademark is an image-based mark with words, letters or numbers, you must upload a copy of the image exactly as it appears in your trademark record.
Note: Design-only marks and logos aren’t accepted for initial enrollment in Brand Registry. However, once your brand is enrolled, you can request to add design-only marks and logos to your brand."
