WHY!!! When I was setting up the deposit method, I never received the verification code.
I'm currently very frustrated because I haven't received the verification code yet. This has seriously affected the progress of our business. The login verification codes can all be received, but when it comes to binding the deposit method, no text message is received (the message contains a link that needs to be clicked for approval). We have tried changing our mobile phone number, but it still didn't work. I asked the customer service, but there's still no reply after three days. I'm on the verge of breaking down. There could be several reasons for this issue, or the Amazon system may not be sending the code to your mobile or there might be an issue with your mobile network or phone.
Have you received any response from Seller Support regarding this matter?
In the meantime, I suggest trying these alternatives like use a different browser or device or set up an authenticator app for Two-Step Verification.
