wrong strike negative feedback by the buyer intentionally

i am new seller on amazon platform. before 3 days i have received 3 wrong strike feedback by the buyer. Buyer is same and intentionally he drop negative feedback. every time i have properly communicated with the buyer before refund his full amount and share our issue with him regarding the shipment. after refunded amount i have received his next order and we received and delivered his order before delivery date still he drop negative feedback with late delivery reason. No support we have received by the amazon. i have submitted all document with prove but amazon not removed negative feedback. This is mentally harassment of seller. Please help amazon team and removed that intentionally drop negative feedback.

You are correct but, unfortunately, the reviews that this buyer left align with Amazon policy.

It appears that someone from India left you all three negative reviews. It appears that they know what the Amazon Policy is which is why they were very vague with their reviews. It also appears to be intentional.

If I were you, I would try speaking to Seller Support and mention that you believe that a seller account is associated with the buyer account that left you a negative review....which is against policy to do.
