Buyer claim item not received ,but tracking show received . Claim denied.

Hello there. I have an order that buyer claim not received and Amazon refund him.

The tracking number show that the item is received .

My order was shipped with Shipping service USPS Ground Advantage (less than 1lb) and is

Claims Protected and OTDR Protected.

I did a claim and it was denied with reason :"The reimbursement claim does not cover outbound shipping costs".

Can someone help me ? Did i do something wrong or ?

If I understand the shipping rules correctly, the only way for it to be considered "valid" is if you request a buyer signature.

However, I am not an FBM seller and I am not well versed. I would request the opinion of an FBM seller or a moderator that can confirm how it works.

I've been running into this too! The impression that I get is that the "Account Specialist" does not understand English very well. They have responded to me in Chinese several times.

I've had some success by responding and making it very clear that I am not requesting shipping costs, only the cost of the goods. I also attach this screenshot highlighting my reasons for filing the claim as legitimate.
