Unranked means little to no sales better hope Amazon is not plying games deleting data again because what will come next is the price suppression due to lack of data all the more reason selling items has become unreliable.

There is a lot of reasons a Sales Rank may not displayed. For example not all categories are eligible, there isn't a proper browse node associated with the product or there isn't enough sales history for a given product. In general I would recommend you review the Sales Rank FAQ and the products may have a Sales Rank in the future, but in general Amazon won't be able to provide a specific explanation. Please check your Product ASIN's are Same as before or that also changed? If Yes then i would like to inform you that i also faced this situation and no help from amazon. Support team did their best to blame me for the issue.
It's been a month i faced this issue and and after that i got no sales for all that product.

Sales Rank plus 14 Reviews have also been removed from my listing, still no help from Amazon, any help in this regard to get back reviews and BSR will be highly appreciated.
