Jeff Bezos recently expressed an interest in helping the country get rid of the myriad of regulations bogging businesses down. I'm grateful for his help since a man with his intellectual broad band and knowledge can help a lot. I do have a friendly request for mr. Bezos though. Maybe he should start with a little company there in the beautiful northwest of the country called Amazon. If he wants to see what over-regulation looks like then that company will be a textbook example. I don't think that a company should set the price on my products. Supply and demand will figure that out a lot better. Neither do I think that Amazon should tell me how much of a coupon I should hand out. A 60% coupon on a product that is already low-priced, is ridiculous.
