Our goods were delivered on July 10, 2025, but they have remained in the "receiving" status for a long time. Normally, they should reach the "reserved" or "available for sale" stage within 3-4 days. However, they are still in the "receiving" status up to now. Another shipment from the same batch has already reached the "available for sale" stage and been listed. Yet, this shipment with ID: FBA18YNZ9BY5 has not had its status updated for a long time and has not been listed. The delayed listing of this shipment (FBA18YNZ9BY5) has severely affected the listing of other ASINs and significantly impacted our sales performance. Due to the prolonged delay in its listing, we suspect it may have been lost. I wanted to flag the Reconcile your shipment help page to you, which details this process and the necessary steps to take on shipment ID FBA18YNZ9BY5 when it has been moved to "closed" status. Your shipment will be eligible for investigation on or after the date shown in the shipment summary page. Small-parcel shipments can take up to four days to move to Checked in status from your scheduled delivery date, while LTL and FTL shipments can take up to 10 days. These estimates can be longer in some instances.
Please note there are also situations where a shipment has been delivered to fulfillment center but is not being displayed as delivered/received. This typically happens if signals between the carrier and the fulfillment center aren't in sync. In addition, your shipment might remain in receiving status longer than you expected because units may be sent to other fulfillment centers closer to customers.
