I’m reaching out to see if anyone can help or provide guidance regarding a lost item from a removal order. Here’s the situation:
I recently placed a removal order that consisted of 8 units. However, the items never arrived to me. This shipment date shows March 21, 2024 and items enroute March 22nd, but no progress after that.
I would like to open a claim with Amazon to address this issue, but I’m not entirely sure about the best way to proceed. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, could you share the steps you took to resolve it? Any tips on what information I should include in my claim to expedite the process would be greatly appreciated.
