Error when adding product variations
When adding variations we are getting the following error message “We found potential issue in this variation. Please click to fix errors and refresh this page to see changes.” Does anybody know what this means and how we rectify this error? We have tried selecting the products and refreshing the page, but we lose all the data we have entered.

May I ask where did you obtain the product identifiers (EAN codes) for the variations? As this error message is usually shown when the barcodes don’t correspond with the items which you are selling.
These need to be purchased from GS1 as Amazon is checking them against their database:
”The validity of a Product ID is checked against the GS1 GEPIR and ISBN.org databases. If your Product ID is not registered with GS1, then the linked ASIN will be suppressed and it may result in removal of your product creation privileges.”
