Sales are ZERO since 11pm last night (for over 6 hours). This never happened in 4 years.
We sell our own brand product, Sales were never zero for even 1 hour, let alone 6. I contacted Seller Support, they said no problem with our account. Anyone else has this issue? Is it a glitch?

Yes, we sell a high volume and our sales reporting is 0 since midnight.
This has happened twice before and always resolved within 24 hours.

check your orders in manage orders. My mobile app shows 0 sales for today, but I I can see a normal number of orders, just not shown in "sales/units so far today".

yes there is a glitch we are seeing the issue where sales are not reported on the summary page - but we can see orders are coming thru on the manage orders page - so it is not as big a problem - it is a reporting problem - sales are coming in i can see

I bet they are tinkering with everything, didn't they announce that on Aug 25th they would take control of handling times or something like that before the requirement on Sept 24th of ship automation? So its probably their system reboot or whatever they are implementing, heaven help us all!

I also show $0.00 in sales under the sales metric. However, I show sales for today (Aug 25th) under the orders tab.

Same. We haven't had any sales yet today, which is extremely odd... IT LOOKS LIKE sales are showing in Orders, but not anywhere else.

This happens with our sales every time AZ rolls out a big change in format of some page or function. As Nutracelle stated, "it always resolves within 24 hours." Enjoy your weekend instead of working!

Same here which is very unusual. It's especially odd because we show sales with PPC, but not under "Business Reports".
