Attribute Has Already Been Claimed by Another Steward
We recently noticed that many of our ASIN titles were automatically updated to a very simplified version, which we did not change on our end. Whenever we open a case, we are told that the attribute was claimed by another steward. This is quite puzzling. We are the brand owner and do not have any authorized sellers on Amazon. So, who could be claiming the attribute? We need an answer to this issue.
We have been encountering this problem for almost 2-3 years without receiving any resolution or explanation from Amazon. This situation is unreasonable and makes it extremely difficult, if not impossible, for us to make legitimate updates.

But you have a giant catalog. I cannot find the item in question. And this might be a singular issue. Can you provide the ASIN?

Thanks for posting here. I've reviewed the details and see that Seller Support assisted you in case 17053922621, and you should be able to update the title for your ASINs, so you should be good to go.
