Problems listing with new amazon changes , especially on inventorylab
Anyone else having problems creating FBA shipments today. I guess amazon made some changes and new msku's are taking up to an hour rather than instantly, thus you have to wait an hour after listing to box up. Lots of other issues with inventorylabs 2.0 software which is all one can use now.

Is it InventoryLab or Amazon? Given how poorly Amazon communicates with Sellers I can only imagine how poorly they communicated these changes to anyone else. I see plenty of complaints about the new Send to Amazon as well.
Shocking, not, how Amazon is forcing FBA on everyone but turns around and fouls up their API this badly!!!!

Oh my God! What a F'ing disaster! It keeps crashing, locked field are not locked, I cannot find any way to get to my listing settings. Why on earth did they slap the new code on a substandard interface page?? I guess some new programmer felt it necessary to justify their work? I have never had anything but top reviews of InventoryLab. They have always been fantastic, responsive. I guess the merger (?) with 3 colts just made it another waste. I cannot make my screen dark which is sooooooooooo much easier than this awful white screen. I have to select the supplier for EVERY SINGLE LISTING. The min/max presets -poof gone. So if the page doesnt crash before you complete the awkward overcrowded necessary scrolling (scrolling is mandatory, because nothing that is supposed to be a locked field based on my settings stays locked), well good luck. Scrolling pushed up this product-inventorylab.threecolts dot com/api/profitv6. That link? Crashes. I am here to look at other similaar software. I used Scanpower before, maybe give them another shot. ALSO, big problem with not getting to my settings, which have gone POOF. I am set to automatically renew for a year on InventoryLab, and not sure I want to roll those dice. I guess the original real Inventory Lab staff is gone. Support?? LOL 6hrs. Jesus. I never EVER thought I would sing anything but their praises. Its gone down the toilet with this amazon forced change that exposed how poor their programmers are.

Same issue here. Differing errors so I'm not sure if it's all because of waiting for validation or if there's some other issue. No idea if I'm creating new MSKUs and adding items to my InventoryLab accounting data, seller central data etc. Hoping for closer to 30-45 in than" up to 2 hours" just to list a shipment. And 5 hour ticket reply time from IL doesn't make things better.

The screwups are all on inventory lab's plate. The slow down is amazon.

It is is not the inventorylab.
New Amazon API will take you more time to create your shipments and is very slow on the back end. Objectively. I have my own software. Roll out was horrible and lots of errors were not solved until November (2 months before shutdown of v0). There are logical and structural bugs that are ignored by API GitHub support.

The new API is causing us huge issues. It's super slow, lots of bugs, and it's significantly less efficient to operate with compared to the old API. I wonder how much customer development was done by Amazon's software team before this was implemented? It seems to me that this was hastily rolled out.
From my point of view, it seems likely that the reason for forcing the switch to this new API is for Amazon to increase their revenue from placement fees since the old API was not structured in a way that resulted in placement fees being charged when they should be. However, I don't think this new API can last. I think Amazon will start to see data that sellers are shipping less inventory to FC's due to the incredibly inefficient UI that's required by the new API. I hope that they take a step back, and start over by updating the old API to achieve the same results they're hoping for with the new one. The old API was so much better in every way imaginable.

Greetings @Seller_bd4Vh3kEhnJa2,
There was a brief outage for Send to Amazon around the time you posted this - I'm wondering if it's connected. That issue has been resolved, are you still having issues creating shipments?

Do you have an example of a Seller Support case ID on this issue?
