I would like to express my concerns regarding the competitive pricing policies applied to products priced below $5. As an FBA seller, I incur various fees related to fulfillment, shipping, and Amazon’s service charges. This makes it extremely challenging to compete with external retailers such as CVS or Walgreens, who have their own fulfillment systems in place.

It is particularly disheartening to see certain products priced at $4, as selling through FBA at this price point results in a loss. In fact, any item sold for less than $4 effectively yields no profit, leaving sellers at a significant disadvantage.

I believe a reevaluation of these pricing policies is necessary, particularly for low-cost items, to ensure a fair competitive landscape. It is crucial for Amazon to consider the impact of its fees in relation to sellers who utilize FBA versus those with their own fulfillment strategies.
