406-2727426-0621947 wrong item received in return.As per policy wrong item return claim should be raised within 7 day of refund. But we facing 21 day waiting error on claiming for all orders. so we raised after 21 day and claim rejected by saftety claim team. The 21 period error is not our mistake. it's amazon IT team should remove. Then only we can raise claim.

Dear team please understand that this concern not only from me. It's with all sellers account in UAE. So please take immediately action. So we can continue selling on Amazon amazon with trust. Otherwise we stop selling .

kindly guide with resolution for this case. We wait two month for internal team response. And sad experience.

I feel you brother actually the fact is you won’t be getting any refund its amazon choice weather to give or not this 21 days is just excuse maybe he would have granted 1 or 2 claim before . Even they have a tight budget they cant just give every claim to eveyone . It happens with almost all the sellers just not you , welcome to amazon more thins you will experience this is just starting best of luck with your journey .

well,

I have faced a bigger issue than this with huge loss on one order made me stop selling on amazon for 5 months before coming back and be very carefull with what I sell on Amazon. High items with High possible losses are Big NO for me. i'll stick with small items and small profits.

another case I faced. Amazon lost my items and I was running behind them for 4 months. you know what was their answer to me? sorry we can't help you any longer and their excuse is the same policy ( 21 - 60 Days )

i have put my account on vacation mode because I have many safe t claims that has same error. I have also withdrawn my FBA items immediately. Amazon's using this error to cheat sellers. Buyers are returning old items and we are unable to file claims

Same happened to me as well.My product came broken and claim time was 28 days. After 28 days when I safe t claim again Amazon did reimburse me after 28 days. In this case you have to wait according to time set by amazon safetclaim. And this is must must thing, you must gather all the proof that you got the wrong item in return. Take photo of the packaging before opeing it from every angle. make video while opening the returned package.Then the photo of the wrong product that you got. make sure all the photos and videos are clear and in good quality,no blurry photo. until then try to contacting seller support see if they can help or not. if not apply claim again after the timeframe
