Holiday Mode - not working - HELP PLEASE !!!!
Our Holiday mode - Does not work ?
We have reported the issue 20+ time to Amazon who seem not to be able to resolve this issue (its now been ongoing 1st Feb approx 5months ?)
We select Holiday Mode - Amazon says all listings are inactive - however we continue to receive Orders listings remain live and can be purchased ????
we have contacted Amazon who agree and can see the stores are in holiday mode in seller central - but no one has a answer on how we can resolve this Issue !!!!
Its been esculated many times , only for someone to not read all the notes and case be closed down
YOUR HELP AND SUGGESIONS ON HOW WE CAN SOLVE THIS ISSUE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
