return order not received and when i appeal safe t claim they deny it
My two order was return, but it was not received to me when i appeal to safe t claim they denies my appeal and the reason is that you issue refund to the buyer prior received refund and my second return order reason is you are not available, or you refuse to accept order. when i say i am available at that time they do not believe me and again deny it. i am very frustrated with amazon . they even not believe seller, they only believe it's logistics team. Tell me first why i lie if my return order is not received as well as my refund amt also not received.
If anyone help me please suggest what i do.

Amazon does this to everyone. They do not even listen to us. I have also raised multiple tickets but they say that if SAFE-T claim team has denied they can not do anything in this.

i filled the safet claim for the same, (Returned but not received), & every claim granted.the thing is you just have to filled the claim in the 7 days window when the amazon in the return orders claimed delivered to seller.
