I understand your frustration. We're facing a similar challenge, where competitors are employing deceptive tactics to mislead buyers into thinking they're purchasing a highly-rated supplement. On top of that, these same sellers have begun targeting our listings by ordering our product to Amazon lockers, only to return it without ever picking it up. This allows them to leave a "verified" negative review for a product they never actually received.
This two-pronged attack is damaging our brand's reputation while we are forced to watch as they continue to post fake reviews on their own listings daily. We've tried everything, including sending a handwritten letter to the Head of E-commerce at Amazon's London HQ. Unfortunately, we've yet to receive any response or see any action taken.
Amazon staff, if you're reading this, I urge you to review my current case IDs, which thoroughly document the manipulation we've been facing, complete with evidence. Last week, three negative ratings were removed, acknowledging the foul play. Please take similar action with these ongoing cases, as the attacks from competitors are relentless.
