How do i get Evri removed from my shipping option on SFP

So i cant have an account with Evri as i dont send 100 parcels a week. I dont have Evri set in my shipping settings only DPD and Royal Mail but every day, including Saturdays i can only ship by Evri, i dont have the option of changing to RM or DPD.

Does anyone know how to get rid of Evri?

We are having a similar problem.

Tracked24 not being allowed as amazon claim it wont get there in time (sometimes also blocked for 2 - 3 day delivery orders)

even though it is before our own set cut-off time and no alerts from RoyalMail to say there is an issue to a particular region

I have sent in screengrabs - then told they must be time stamped (even though the time is in the screengrab exif and filename stamp)

after the next batch then told they can only investigate if the order has not been sent - so as i presume they can look and see.

pointed out that we need to send these orders that day

and we cannot wait for seller support to investigate

they dismissed our concerns on the shipping options for one order this week as it had been sent by us in July - yes it took them that long to find another excuse as to why they would not investigate the problem.

we use Amazon Shipping and RoyalMail Tracked 24

it always seems to be the same postcode regions we are sent to Evri.

we now screengrab (with the date time from the windows desktop visible)

we had enough Evri only orders one week to tip us into 97.3% of shipping bought not from Amazon - which resulted in a warning email.

we submitted a request for exemptions to be applied (screengrabs of all occurrences - which of course to collate the in first place delays our workflows) after several days told "out concerns had been noted" - no exemption actually applied

Complained that as a SFP seller we only get so many chances (lives) before our account is auto suspended for failing to buy 98% of shipping via amazon buy shipping and we wanted assurances that this recent event had not been marked against us (as it was Amazon's fault and not our own doing) and that we wanted the chances (lives) to be left for the event that we make a mistake and not to be used on their system errors.

So whenever we are only allowed "Evri" we screengrab, document it, then buy the shipping from our RoyalMail account and enter the tracking to Amazon.

We noted that all of the orders that did not allow RM shipping via Amazon and that we sent from our RM account - all arrived on time or before.
