FBA shipment canceled by Amazon after it was shipped

Hi guys,

I have an issue with FBA shipments.

There were two FBA shipments successfully created 11/5/2024.

The shipments were sent through Amazon partnered carrier UPS 11/6/2024.

On 11/7/2024, I received an Amazon email saying my account exceeded restock/capacity limit. Therefore, Amazon automatically cancelled the shipment even though they were already shipped.

To be clear, my account DID NOT exceed capacity limit. I was able to create shipment (which is not possible if I exceeded capacity). I have used 74.17% of total capacity. (416.78 of 561.91 cubic feet)

It is way more than enough capacity for the 2 FBA shipments.

UPS is unable to intercept the packages, as Amazon is the account owner for the Amazon Partnered Carrier shipping service.

I need help reopening the FBA shipments, as the packages are already in transit to the warehouse. Seller support is only telling me to ask UPS who does not help.

Have you guys seen this problem before? If so, how did you have it resolved?

Any help from Amazon moderator here is also appreciated. Thanks everyone!

Do you have any other open shipments that might be counting against you (in terms of storage)? Can you quickly sell off some items so that there is room for your new shipment?

Honesty, haven't dealt with this, so I don't know what's going to happen to your stuff -- but I would guess that once it gets to the FC it will be rejected and returned to you. At least that's what I would hope would happen.
