Reactivate Inactive Account - endless loop

Trying to activate my inactive account due to no activity and I keep getting stuck in an endless loop.

I got an email saying to activate my account, click on the link and end up on a page that says:

You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.

Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity. In order to reactivate your account, we need to re-verify your identity. You will need the following documents to complete the re-verification.

Information about your business, if applicable

One government issued photo ID

One bank account statement or credit card statement

Business licence, if applicable.

Please provide the following information to gain complete access

Reactivate Account (Link)

I click on the link and end up on a page that says:

You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated.

Continue (button)

Click on the button and it asks to update the credit card, I did that. Also tried adding a new card. Still nothing, it just keep going back to the page with a continue button and looping back to the credit card page.

Also, can't contact seller support either. When I click help, I get the inactive account message.

Anyone able to give some suggestions on what to do?

I have the same problem. No matter what I click, I am always returned to the "This account is inactive..." notification.

Exactly what's happening to me. They spam me with emails saying I need to reverify, but when I click on them, it just shows my account is inactive and won't even let me click on help. I'm beginning to believe this is purposeful and a scam run by Amazon.

I am having this precise problem too. Is there any way to get in touch with a human being at Amazon to help with this?!?

I figured it out. Delete the cache on your browser. Worked right away.
