Invalid Credit card

Hi Connor, @Connor_Amazon

I had issue with invalid credit card a couple of days ago that I mentioned on someone else's thread https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/e84cceee-d6e4-4fcb-9e40-c73368213ef2?postId=354c207b-db03-4414-849c-216457470eeb . You mentioned something to try to fix my problem and it did fix it (temporarily)

However today after I requested for a payment, the problem occured again. My selling account is getting suspended and I tried everything I did previously and I am still getting the same error message as before "please ensure your credit card details are correct".

I have not created/open a case to Seller Support as they did not seem to know what they are doing. And honestly I am frustrated that I have to keep on explaining the problems and only getting the same generic emails. It is a major inconvenience for me to have my account suspended every a couple of days or weeks for the same error message and I am not getting a permanent solution to it.

There is no problems with my bank or credit card (no disputes).

"There is no problems with my bank or credit card (no disputes). "

At least that YOU know of!

This is my standard credit card template so use what applies!

Amazon is weird on so many levels and this seems to work at least sometimes!

First, be sure it is an actual CREDIT Card. While Amazon claims that a Debit Card will work, that is seldom true! They WILL charge a Debit Card for initial fees but they will NOT take it on continuing basis most of the time despite their claims!

Put the card number into your BUYER side account first. Wait an hour (sometimes less) for the gerbils to work their way through the system and then put it in the SELLER side.

There was one recent response from a seller on a post that they DELETED the card that was on the buyer side and put the SAME card back in after a little bit and it fixed the problem. Amazon is a maze of broken links in their antiquated software.

Hi @Seller_NoAyjHis9QZAP

I understand how frustrating this situation can be. I've been reviewing your case (#17844622901) and can confirm that our partner team is researching the card authorization issue right now.

I did look into the card on my end and it looks like your financial institution is not able to process the authorization charge. Right now, you can wait for our partner team to reply to the support case above or if you have an alternative payment method please try to add it.

I do recommend using a credit card instead as some debit cards do not work with our systems.

Please let me know if you need any further support, I will be here to help.
