Are shipments being held for delivery at the moment?

Sent a delivery last week and both the UPS and Amazon are showing nothing since the 24th of March.

Anybody seeing FBA shipments inbound to LBA4 being held by UPS on the request of Amazon?

UPS are saying it’s lost but I know Amazon often hold parcels when FC’s are too full. However this is usually reflected in a message saying something like “Delivery rescheduled for a later date”. This one feels different and I’m concerned it is in fact currently lost.

My boxes to LBA4 are taking over a week to be received at the moment.

I have had also had a shipment diverted from LBA4 to BHX4 which suggests they are under pressure.

Here’s a new one from UPS on one of mine:

Mar 30, 2023 04:54:00 AM - Tamworth GB - Delay in delivery due to external factors
Mar 29, 2023 07:45:00 PM - Lincoln GB - Parcel left the carrier facility

Yes, my courier is trying to book in a pallet for delivery to LBA4, been a week now, and still not been allocated a slot, so definitely something going wrong there at the moment, meanwhile we have 6k of stock sitting here waiting to go in.

We have such a high bar for our accounts and our customers, but stock getting into Amazon is a complete disaster. It needs a full overhaul with proper tracking information and proper targets. We deserve this for the huge fees we pay, it’s not fair. I have had replenishment stock getting a month to get online. ( and then it gets transferred out for another week!)

I think they are cutting back on staff to save money whilst simultaneously escalating our fees, my boxes’ transit time to being on sale has increased considerably.

An update on this.
My shipment was checked in and received yesterday, the units are as always being transferred but are for sale.
However UPS is still showing the shipment as ‘on the way’ and has in fact now marked it as ‘delayed’. The Amazon shipment information still shows nothing since the 24th of March.
Therefore the issues with shipments seem to mainly be a complete disconnect between UPS tracking and Amazon. Unless of course my UPS label was damaged and was not scannable.

My boxes to BHX4 2 weeks ago took 8 days to go into receiving

My boxes this week to LBA4 are taking between 2 days and 5 days (1 not gone into receiving at all yet)

Presumably a knock on from the strikes 2 weeks ago along with the vast amounts of new sellers sending stock …
